Returns and Refunds

No problem! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund and return it quickly and easily. The right of withdrawal is regulated by current legislation. Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return using the procedure described above. You also have a period of 14 days from the date you requested the return to send the product back to Mirabello Carrara.

Return costs are those incurred to return one or more items to Mirabello Carrara. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return one or more items from the order, provided they are perfectly intact, by contacting us by email within 14 days of purchase. In this case, it will be your responsibility to contact a courier to send us the order, and the return costs will be at your expense. If, however, you wish to return an item because it is defective or different from the one ordered, Mirabello Carrara will bear the return costs by sending you a courier at their expense.

Once Mirabello Carrara has received the returned product and verified its condition, you will receive a refund within the legal period of 14 days (Legislative Decree 21/2014). The refund is made using the same payment method you chose for the purchase. Depending on the payment method, the timeframes for crediting the amount may vary:
• Credit/debit card: your bank may take up to 30 days to return the amount. You can request your card statement to view the credit. You will need to contact your bank to find out the exact date on which the credit will be available.
• PayPal: the credit will be available in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the refund input.
• Bank transfer: the credit will be accounted for within 3 working days depending on the banking circuit
